Sustainable innovation and disruption

Investing in and supporting start-up companies has been a passion of mine for many years. I have seen firsthand the excitement, the risks, the challenges and the rewards that come with bringing a vision to life. But, as an investor, advisor and coach, I have also seen the toll that building a business can take on entrepreneurs and their loved ones.

My early experiences as an investor taught me valuable lessons about the importance of the human aspect in business. I learned that work-life balance, wellness, governance, communication and a wider purpose than profit are all critical components of building a successful and sustainable business. These lessons, combined with my experience in banking, inspired me to learn more about human behaviour, and become more focused and intentional in my investing.

Today, my focus is on investing in and supporting only a select few early stage companies, and some non-profit organisations, that are dedicated to creating a positive impact on the world. I seek out socially responsible businesses that are innovative, disruptive and committed to creating a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

Going beyond funding

As an investor, I believe in going beyond just providing funding. I offer my expertise in leadership, team building and strategic planning to help these organisations achieve their goals. I also provide coaching and more holistic support to entrepreneurs, founders, and management teams, helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses, set clear objectives, and develop actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

I believe that my diverse expertise, which includes certifications in yoga, life and business coaching, family and organisational constellations, hypnotherapy, health and wellness, mind-body techniques, and experience in business and finance, enables me to offer comprehensive and unique support to the organisations I invest in. I am passionate about investing in socially responsible businesses and non-profits and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the world.
